That does make me think about my inability to focus on things I'm interested in. I'm reading a couple of good books right now. I can read for a bit but then I check my phone. And then an hour goes by. I sit down to watch the TV, but again, I'm reading something else or playing a game. I know this is common. It's not just me. But how do I relearn how to focus on what I'm interested in? I do find a long bike ride is a great way to listen to podcasts or audio books. I will miss some details but not so may that I think it's a waste of time. I would like to be a bit kinder to myself when it comes to all the distractions that all of us are experiencing.
