Some of you know that I use an ultra-cheap dial-up service at home. The service costs $5/month for 120 hours. Last night, try as I might, I could not connect to the internet. Annoying, but not a big deal. This morning, I called to make sure the system wasn't down. Well, the system is just fine, but I'm out because I have gone over my time limit! That's nuts! I can upgrade to a $10/month acount with 200 hours of service (boo) or I can wait until December 1.
I think I'll wait. That means: no email/IMing after business hours. No constant weekend access. More trips to free wi-fi coffee shops.
